Hi, Debbie...We've got such high demand for single family homes in Sharon right now. There isn't much available. If a buyer has the downpayment and pre-approval available for this home and is willing to consider this unique two-family  they may find out they can buy more house than they would otherwise be able to afford! The mortgage payment on a $749,000 single family home may be too much for the buyer to make. With the income from the apartment, most of their mortgage payment is covered!
