Nina....I had seen this on MLS but didn't know that much about the house.  For buyers who are trying to afford Sharon, it seems like this is a good opportunity for them to make it affordable with the income from the rental.

Thanks, Christine! From the standpoint of trying to buy a single family home of a size equivalent to the main portion of this house, and then adding on a rental property of 1,200 square feet...gives the buyers another great way to purchase a home and an income property at a great price!
