Larason Farm Road CondoSharon MA has a fairly small condominium market focused primarily on the 160, one- and two-bedroom condominiums at Sharon Green and the 114, larger, two-bedroom Townhouse condominiums at MacIntosh Farm. There are also 18, Townhouse condominium units at Larason Farm Road and a handful of properties with two- or three-units spread throughout Sharon MA.

In 2012, there were 17 condominiums sold in Sharon MA with an average sales price of $253,047. They ranged in sale price from $91,500 for a one bedroom, one bathroom unit of 733 square feet on Bayberry Drive to $414,900 for a two-bedroom, 2 ½  bathroom Townhouse of 1,828 square feet in MacIntosh Farms.

8 Sharon Green condominiums sold in 2012: The average sale price was $119,300. All but one of the units sold there in 2012 were two-bedroom, one bathroom condominiums.

2 Larason Farm Road condominiums sold in 2012: One two-bedroom unit in 1,759 square feet sold for $284,900. The other, larger unit of 2,010 square feet sold for $325,000.

7 MacIntosh Farms townhouse condominiums sold in 2012. The average sale price was $392,057 with prices ranging from $361,500 to $414,900 for condominiums ranging in size from 1,769 square feet to 2,349 square feet.

While the average sales price has only increased slightly in 2012, the number of condominiums sold increased by 50% from 2011.

As of January 23, there are 4 condominiums available for sale. Three are at Sharon Green and one is at MacIntosh Farms. One of these is an Entry Only condominium at Sharon Green that has been on the market for a year. The condo at MacIntosh Farms has been for sale for almost 10 months. There are also 3 condominiums under agreement (UAG) and scheduled to close within the next month.
